Warranty & right of withdrawal

It's very important to us that our customers can shop with confidence and trust. Therefore, we apply the following warranty and right of withdrawal conditions:

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@africaproducts.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 30 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.



Return Exceptions

Products that meet one or more of the following points cannot be returned:

a. For sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products are non-returnable.
b. which have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
c. that are clearly personal in nature;
d. which by their nature cannot be returned;
e. which can spoil or become obsolete quickly;
f. whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
g. for individual newspapers and magazines;
h. for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal.
