At Africa Products Shop, as a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period. This period starts on the day after you receive your order.

Within these 14 days, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. After informing us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you then have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.

Return Conditions

You may unpack and inspect a product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would be able to do in a physical store.

If a product has been used beyond what is necessary for this assessment, we may charge for any reduction in value resulting from such use.

For certain products, a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies. This may include, for example:

• sealed cosmetics and personal care products where the seal has been broken;

• products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene;

• food products and other products with a limited shelf life;

• other products for which a statutory exception applies.

The direct costs of returning the product are your responsibility, unless otherwise required by law or where Africa Products Shop has stated that it will bear these costs.

After we receive and inspect the return shipment, the refund will be processed in accordance with our Guarantee & Right of Withdrawal terms.
