Ik heb verkeerde producten ontvangen. Wat nu?

Have you received the wrong product? That is of course not what we intended. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue for you.

Please register your return with our customer service first:

Please always include the following information with your return request:

  • your order number;

  • which product you ordered;

  • which product you actually received;

  • where possible, clear photographs of the received product and the shipping label.

Free Return

If it is confirmed that Africa Products Shop delivered the wrong product, we will provide you with the return instructions and a free return label. In this case, the cost of returning the incorrectly delivered product will be covered by us.

Preferably return the product in its original packaging and make sure it is properly protected during transport.

Opened or Used Products

If you have received the wrong product, we ask you not to open or use the product and to contact us as soon as possible.

Products that are not suitable for resale for reasons of health protection or hygiene cannot be returned if the seal has been broken after delivery or if the product has been used.

For other products, you may inspect and assess the product in the same way as you would in a physical store. If a product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, a reduction in value may apply.

Processing the Return

Once we have received and inspected the incorrectly delivered product, we will provide an appropriate solution as soon as possible.

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • send you the correct product;

  • replace the incorrectly delivered product; or

  • refund the purchase price.

Important: Do not return an incorrectly delivered product on your own initiative before contacting us. After registering the return, we will provide you with the correct return instructions and, where applicable, a free return label.
