Wanneer ontvang ik mijn nieuwe product?

When exchanging a product, you must first return the product you do not wish to keep. Once we have received and processed the return, the amount paid for the returned product will be refunded in accordance with our return policy.

You can then place a new order for the desired product via www.africaproducts.nl.

If you place your order on a business day before 5:00 PM and the desired product is in stock, your order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. The actual delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and the carrier.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email and, where available, a Track & Trace code that allows you to track your shipment.

Please note: The stated delivery time is an indication only. During busy periods, public holidays, or in the event of delays by the carrier, delivery may take longer.
