Ingredients

300–400 g dried fish

1 onion, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 inch piece fresh ginger, grated

1–2 red chilli peppers, chopped

1 tablespoon oil

Tropical Heat Sea Salt, to taste

Tropical Heat Black Pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon Tropical Heat Paprika Powder

½ lemon (for juice)

Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
Preparation

Rinse the dried fish in warm water to remove excess salt and impurities.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant and slightly golden.

Add chopped chilli peppers and paprika powder and cook for another minute.

Add the dried fish and cook gently, allowing the flavors to blend.
