Ingredients

1 Tilapia fillet

½ onion, finely chopped

1 inch piece fresh ginger, grated or finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 handful fresh coriander, chopped

1 tablespoon Tropical Heat Curry Powder

Tropical Heat Sea Salt, to taste

½ lemon (for juice)

1 tablespoon oil (for frying)
Preparation

Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft and slightly golden.

Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Season the tilapia fillet with curry powder and sea salt.

Place the fish in the pan and cook for about 3–4 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
